2. Product and price
“DELE A2 – Full pack”: non-expiring digital access to the DELE A2 practice material on this site (digital content). Final price: €39, one-time, no subscription or extra charges. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Access
Access is activated on payment. You get a personal link; if you lose it, recover it with your purchase email on the DELE page.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is lost once supply begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it (EU: Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; UK: reg. 37 Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Consumers elsewhere have whatever withdrawal rights their local law gives them, if any. We ask you to tick that box before paying, and the purchase is confirmed by email. Without that consent we cannot provide immediate access.
5. Voluntary 14-day guarantee
In addition, and without affecting your statutory rights, we refund you if you ask within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@ccse-test.com from your purchase address.
6. Conformity
If the content does not work as described, you have the conformity rights your local law gives you (EU: Directive (EU) 2019/770; UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015).
7. Limitations
Unofficial practice material; passing is not guaranteed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law and courts
We sell to customers worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence where they apply, or of any right your local law gives you to bring claims in your home courts.
EU: if you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation, 593/2008) and may sue us in the courts of your domicile, which are also the only courts where we may sue you (Arts. 17–18 Brussels I bis Regulation, 1215/2012).
UK: you keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
9. Complaints
Email hello@ccse-test.com. You may also contact your national consumer authority or the dispute resolution bodies listed by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We are not committed to any alternative dispute resolution body.
