The controller is established outside the EU. We apply the EU GDPR (Art. 3(2)) and UK GDPR to users in the EU and UK, and respect other countries' data-protection laws where they apply.

What we process and why

• Purchases: email, name and payment data, to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Card data is handled by Stripe; we never store it.
• Access recovery: your email, to look up your purchase in Stripe.
• Waitlist: emails you give us voluntarily (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); withdraw any time.
• Technical logs: IP and technical data at our host and for abuse limits (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providers and international transfers

We use Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Your data may be processed outside your country and the EEA, including in the UAE and the USA, with the safeguards in GDPR Chapter V (e.g. European Commission standard contractual clauses, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified).

Cookies and local storage

No tracking or advertising cookies. Progress and access are stored in your browser's localStorage, strictly necessary for the service. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.

Retention

Purchase data: as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Waitlist: until you unsubscribe. Technical logs: short periods.

Your rights

Email hello@ccse-test.com for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You may complain to your national supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD; in the UK, the ICO: aepd.es).
